The W-ECom Test
A data inventory designed by Carl Weisbrod, PhD © 2007 Instructions:
In this lite version, there are twelve statements offering three
choices each. The results should suggest the level of computability one
might have for the demands of an e-commerce business.
Because of the minimal data collection, the accuracy of this simple test cannot be substantiated. If, however, you consider this test only requires from 5 to 10 minutes, it represents some useful information for this small amount of time. The only tools necessary will be a sheet of paper and a pen or pencil--the back of an old envelope will do just fine. On the left edge of the paper mark numbers in descending order from one down to twelve. It will be easier to read if you follow each number with a dash (e.g., 1- 2- 3-) on down to twelve. You won't need to leave any blank space between the numbers. You will be asked to choose one of three completions of a simple sentence--choose the one that best fits your style or behavior. Each of the three choices will be referenced by the letter A, B, or C. For this test to be of value, only one choice is permissible and none should be left out. I will read each question twice. Without over-thinking the intent of the question, quickly choose the one you feel best represents you and jot down the representative letter, an A, a B, or a C, and jot it down next to the corresponding number. Okay, if you have your paper numbered and you're ready to make your choices, click the audio button and we'll begin.
