Description: This eBook began as a graduate school thesis written in the 1960s. It was then adapted into an instructional program for the science of hypnotism. It has been up-dated frequently, most recently in July 2000 and 2002, emerging this time as an eBook.

One unique topic is Session Eleven. You will find here a complete testing and induction dialogue, including moment-by-moment feedback from the patient, both verbal statements and private thoughts. There is (in a third along-side column) a rationale for each test offered and each progressive step taken. This type of presentation has never before been published. It goes into uncharted territory by analyzing the contiguous thoughts of both hypnotist and subject. It then goes one step beyond by suggesting which brain hemisphere is dominant moment-by-moment.

Structures of Hypnotism II is a culmination of a 30-year psychotherapy practice with recent additions--notably, the author's ongoing work with allegories.
