~ Instant-Image WebSites ~
I've been telling people for years that they must develop the simple skill to build their own website ...assuming they wanted a successful e-commerce business. For some, I might as well have said I expected them to create an heir-apparent for Newtonian Physics -- and they found someone (or a template) that would "do it for them."

So I've returned to "times of yore!"  I'll build your website, complete with a home page, a weblog (blog) page, a catalog page (with at least one PayPal link), and even an RSS Feed Reader. And I'll keep those pages up-to-date. Early on, you'll only need to email the text and I'll put it on-line for you.

How much will this cost?  I charge exactly the same no matter what I do: $30 a session, with a free first session and no time restrictions. All my tutorials and e-books are free.

For your first $30 you can expect to see a skeleton website on-line that will be far enough along to go to work for you. If you would like to proceed with me (it's always your option), you'll need to fork over another $30 ...and I'll get a lot more done. From that point, you can retain me as often as needed...and that's up to you.

But some of the effort will rest with you. For us to work together, and for you to retain control of your website, you will need to download Nvu, IrfanView, and FileZilla. This is what I call the WebsiteTriad. All three are free open source software programs.

My clients and I use these programs to transfer pictures and graphics from their computers to my computer--it's easier and far more secure than email attachments, and email programs frequently block attachments. With this system, I send back a duplicate copy of your new website's local files. If you decide to work on the website yourself, or even transfer it to another Webmaster, you will have the freedom to do that.

Why not a template program? They are designed to function only within the system for which they were created ...in simple terms, template programs will not transfer. Nvu (aka Netscape/Mozilla Composer) also won't transfer to another HTML editor, but all Webmasters are familiar with Nvu.

Many are suspicious of my low $30 fixed rate. Since I don't use pre-written templates, I must spend several hours to build the initial format. However, I only need to do this foundation work once and my clients tend to stay with me for a long time--and beyond that, loyal clients tend to be great referral sources. In other words (in theory) my non-compensated work on the front end, will pay off over the long-haul.

I can't accomplish this unless each client commit to quickly provide the information I require. I never charge for a service until there is progress, so during the early stages of your website we must work closely together--otherwise your website will progress too slowly to be worthwhile for either one of us.

I'm continuing to work on this Instant-Image WebPage introduction.
I'll be adding two more screenshots to the group below.

To retain me as a webmaster, you'll need to register at my Consult Weblog. Registration is a one-time process without cost or obligation but is necessary for the initial free session. This is best done by telephone. I have a toll-free number for the US and Canada. Worldwide, we can use either SKYPE (or better) the TalkShoe program. This link will take you to the registration weblog: >click<

Reference: Instant-Image WebSites, this is the original eBook. It's a bit dated, with some broken links and missing graphics. It, nevertheless, has some useful information. I'll work on it when I find some time.
