The
Stoopid
Mistrakes Section ~
I
made a couple of mistakes that I'll add to this embarrassing section.
One example, when I referred to Adam Curry's show (as being a member),
I was actually referring to Podshow.

The closing bumper music is
from a 1950s "public domain" album, titled Hawaiian
Farewell Song. The
album title is Hawaii
Calls: Favorite Instrumentals of the Islands. The opening is a Chet Atkins arrangement
done by midi artist, Paul Doty. Please contact me. I'd love to hear from you. Carl Weisbrod

you're a subscriber, I'm sure you've noticed that I've been unable to
keep up with podcasts for this Favorites Podcast
weblog. So, beginning with issue #70 of the From Hawaii Podcast, I've initiated
a new format.
I've adopted a kind of magazine style to discuss a little bit about each topic listed in my schedule. Along with this blog topic, I'm including news from Hawaii; the dilemma of some seniors & stay-at-home-moms; e-commerce opportunities; hypnotism; allegories; charisma; health issues (including weight control and cigarette smoking); and painful psychological problems such as the broken heart. This is the weblog link: http://www.askcarl.net/PodcastWDS.html. Using this link you can check out the latest issues including show notes for each. I will continue to produce shows for this Favorites podcast but in between, you can hear some short but relevant ideas and concepts. I will, however, continue the serial: The Psychology of Mythology. Don't forget about the Archive Program. In the past couple of weeks, I've updated it quite a bit. It's at http://www.podcastwds.com Please feel free to contact me any time about anything: >email< Carl Weisbrod www.wdslibrary.com A Short Note May 26, 2006 Todd Cochrane
mentioned http://share.opml.org/toppodcasts/ in his
Geek News Central podcast. I'll need to stare a little harder at it, but if nothing more, it's a simple list of RSS/XML links for popular podcasts. A surprising number of feeds, by the way, don't validate. Validate? Here's the link for that. >click< If you want to contact me about this, use one of the links in the following entry. >FastScroll< Carl

finally got a new "favorites" done. This is the ID3 tap: I started this
discussion by outlining the RSS/XML program and the connection to
NewsReaders or aggregator that you put somewhere on your hard-drive. I
then discuss briefly the shows I listen to the minute they come
on-line. I then discuss other popular programs. I conclude by
referencing three group programs: Podshow, Podcaster News, and IT
Conversations. You can subscribe to this podcast series by clicking
