What follows is a sample from an extensive workbook/audio program. It was originally designed for my clinical practice. I've just rewritten the workbook into an HTML format so the exercise sections can be copied to a program such
as Notepad (and then printed). The program includes several
hours of audio instruction (now in mp3) and
